A: Yes, in order to participate in the Free Parts for Life program, you must register your product online (click here for registration )
Q: Is the Sherwood regulator Free Parts program transferable?
A: No. The Free Parts for Life program is only for the original owner and cannot be transferred.
Q: Can I download my Sherwood computer onto my Mac?
A: Yes, Sherwood dive computers are MAC compatible. DIVERLOG is available on the Apple App Store.
Q: Can I change the battery on my Sherwood computer?
A: All current model Sherwood computers have User Replaceable batteries. A battery hatch key is included with the owner's manual. It is recommended that you bring your computers in to an Authorized Dealer to ensure the battery change is done correctly.
Q: Which battery does my Sherwood computer take?
A: It is strongly recommended that you use brand name batteries such as Sony, Panasonic, Energizer, or Duracell. Generic brands such as Lija, Renata and Varta should be avoided as they lack sufficient power to sustain the necessary power requirements for your dive computer. The Sherwood Vision, Wisdom3, Insight and Profile computers use the CR2450 battery. Ther Sherwood Amphos and Amphos Air use the CR2430.
Q: Can I use my Sherwood regulator for Nitrox?
A: All current Sherwood Regulators and Octos are Nitrox Ready up to 40%.
